Farmington Connecticut Maternity Photographer

I just love pregnancy. Each time I see a meet a pregnant client, with that excitement of the baby on its way, I get so mushy inside! And even more so because this session was of my sister-in-law for my soon to be newphew! She was so brave that we got up and held the session at sunrise (after teaching her the beauty of ever-so-so early or late day sun). And it was freezing. And it was very windy. But she is beautiful, and I'll let the images speak for themselves!

And lastly, a little before and after, because its important to me for people to understand the hard work and time that goes into each and every session. The image on the left is straight out of camera and the image on the right is my edit. This is one of the many reasons why custom photography is a completely different experience than a shoot n' burn chain studio at the mall.

This beautiful baby girl came to the studio today. What a precious little lady! And I cannot even begin to tell you how good she smelled! She embodied that newborn scent!

It's hard to think spring with all this winter weather, but it really is right around the corner! In honor of the groundhog telling us spring is on its way, I am offering spring mini-sessions at a reduced rate (from regular, full sessions). Mini-sessions are only going to be offered a few times this year, so don't miss your chace to book at a mini-price!
All mini-sessions will take place in-studio on Sunday March 27th ONLY! These spots will fill up quickly, so call or email me soon to reserve your spot!

Sweet little Miss Isabella! She came back for her 9 month portraits after mom and dad's maternity, her newborn debut, 3 month, 6 month and now again! She just gets cuter each time I see her. Just love her!!

Wow, what a year it has been. 2010 has been so good to me and my business. I have grown and learned so much but most of all I have worked with some amazing people. My clients are wonderful people who I love creating memories for. From the excitement, anticipation and beauty of pregnancy of a maternity session to the birth of a precious newborn, to toddlers, children and family....this seriously feeds my soul.
